Especially Everyone uses music to create inclusive spaces for marginalized groups, facilitating purpose, human-connection, and joy. Based in the New York tri-state area, they stage fully inclusive and sensory-friendly concerts with a 10-piece band, designed to encourage participation in the audience. Especially Everyone also runs a a project-based, participatory group class that focuses on performance and social skills through music. They specifically seek to serve the Intellectually or Developmentally Disabled (IDD) Adult community, Alzhiemer’s and Dementia community, general elementary and middle school aged children, and the general population that is struggling to find a purpose.
