Resilient Living Solutions (RLS) is working to provide Hurricane Helene recovery, increase the supply of affordable housing, and support scalable affordable housing, manufacturing, and construction businesses. RLS operates as a consulting firm and affordable housing project developer that provides manufactured affordable housing units, regenerative land stewardship consulting, and fundraising support for affordable housing projects and businesses. The firm seeks to accelerate the growth of rapidly scalable and sustainably manufactured affordable housing units/technologies by using creative impact investing strategies that combine philanthropic, catalytic, and patient debt capital. The firm’s initial focus will be on southern Appalachian communities most impacted by Hurricane Helene and testing climate resilient living solutions in Asheville, NC. Their long term goal is to support other real estate developers solving affordable housing at the community level, especially Black and other BIPOC entrepreneurs.
