We are excited to announce that Realize Impact is fiscally sponsoring two Musa Capital projects:
The Musa Impact project is a mission-driven initiative dedicated to providing venture capital, mentorship, and resources to BIPOC and women entrepreneurs who face systemic barriers to funding. By empowering these founders, the project aims to promote diversity, drive economic empowerment, and generate positive social and environmental change. Musa Impact supports high-potential founders in critical sectors such as health technology, fintech, and sustainability, addressing real-world issues with innovative solutions. BIPOC and women founders receive a disproportionately small percentage of venture capital, limiting their ability to scale and succeed. This lack of access reinforces economic inequality and stifles the development of inclusive, community-driven solutions. Musa Impact addresses this gap by providing early-stage funding and critical support to help underrepresented founders thrive.
The Musa Pathways: Empowering Entrepreneurs Through Education project provides targeted educational programs and resources to empower BIPOC and women entrepreneurs, especially those from low-income or underserved backgrounds. Key offerings include financial literacy and fundraising education, go-to-market strategy training, entrepreneurial upskilling, mentorship and networking, and tools and resources. BIPOC and women entrepreneurs face systemic challenges, including limited access to capital, knowledge, and networks needed to succeed. These barriers perpetuate economic inequality and stifle innovation. Musa Pathways addresses this gap by providing accessible, high-quality training that empowers underrepresented founders to build sustainable businesses and achieve economic independence.
